Pull Out of the Cavity
No, not 'pull out the cavity' in the dental connotation. Nor necessarily 'pull out the cavity' in the moral one. Rather, 'pull out of the cavity.' When you de-escalate, re-escalate. When you descend to those depths, pull up! Pull out! Pull out of the cavity. I must keep that admonition in rememberance. Often, when my introspection is painfully punitive, I forget to. When my soul-searching and self-examination are so thoroughly thorough and overly objective, I need a bit of prodding: pull up! pull out! pull out of the cavity. Otherwise, I remain degredated. Dejected. Not depressed, just deflated. Not unloving, just uncaring. Apathetic? Neglectful? Perhaps. Mostly: captive. Caught in the cavity. So. Pull up. Pull out. (Pull out of the cavity.)
